Privacy Notice
1. Who operates UniQuiz
UniQuiz is operated by Tamas Kery in Hungary. A street or postal address has not been provided. Privacy enquiries: tom@tomkery.eu.
2. How processing works
Your CSV, TXT, pasted AIKEN, or uploaded AIKEN question content is read and processed locally by JavaScript in your browser. Question and answer content is not intentionally uploaded to the UniQuiz server or sent to an external conversion or correction service. Question content is never placed in page URLs.
3. What UniQuiz does not keep
- No user accounts are used in this MVP.
- No database or conversion-history service is used.
- Question banks are not permanently stored by UniQuiz.
- Question content is not stored in localStorage.
- No analytics, telemetry, or third-party tracking is used.
4. Data held during processing
Your source and normalized questions remain in browser memory for the current page session. Reloading or closing the page clears the current work. A temporary browser download URL is created for generated XML or corrected AIKEN and is revoked when you start again or leave the page.
5. Technical server logs
Normal hosting infrastructure may keep access or security logs containing technical metadata such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and timestamps. Because question content is processed locally and is not put in URLs, it should not appear in these access logs.
6. Security and your choices
Use a trusted device and browser, and review the generated file before importing it. Do not process confidential material if your organization’s policies do not permit browser-based tools. You may stop processing by closing or reloading the page.
7. Changes
This notice may be updated when the service changes. The version and date above identify the notice applying to a conversion.
